Temple of the Meat is a sweet and peppery dry rub inspired by the passing of one of our Pitmaster's favorite musical artists, the late Chris Cornell. 

Use Temple of the Meat on heavier proteins like smoked, ribs, pork shoulders, loins & brisket. 

Paprika, turbinado sugar, and coarsely ground black pepper produce only a mild heat with a touch of sweetness.
